3 hours for the first session
-For those of you ready to dive into emotional healing work. We will work with anger, sadness, fear, guilt, hurt and shame. This will focus on one area of life and we will have follow up sessions to integrate all of your learnings.
Following a 3 hour session, we will work together with 60 minute or 90 minute sessions
